  • Enhance Patient Engagement: Allow users to manage their lab results, medical history, and care plans all in one place—promoting informed, proactive health management.

  • Integrate Digital Health Tools: Seamlessly incorporate tools like:

    • SilverCloud – to support mental wellness and resilience through evidence-based, self-guided mental health programs.

    • Care Companion – to aid patients managing chronic conditions by delivering personalized care plans and reminders.
